Artists who have have been featured here on AM continue to be viable options for restaurants that want a distinctive interior for their customers. Several months ago, INSA was in Shanghai where he oversaw the completion of his collaboration with Architect INDJ on the decor of G九 上海 (G9 Shanghai). Featuring the London-based street artist’s signature high heel motif, the focal point was a huge interactive lighting installation that mimics his GIF-ITI (animated graffiti) works that can be controlled by diners in the VIP seating area. You can find the restaurant in the Lane Crawford at the Shanghai Times Square.
