10 Downing Street, or known by people in the UK as Number 10, the governmental headquarters recently had one of Tracey Emin’s signature neon signs installed. Intended as a gift (to the Government Art Collection) and a suggestion, the piece was placed in the Terracotta Room by order of the Prime Minister David Cameron, who is the fan of the often provocative YBA’s work.  On a related note, if you live near London, you can still catch her major retrospective at the Hayward Gallery through the end of the month.
