As quickly as it started just after midnight of Monday morning, it ended. Barry McGee (aka Twist) and his friend/assistant Josh Lazcano (aka Amaze) worked throughout the night into the wee hours of the morning (definitely outlasting AM into the am…) to complete an amazing mural that will hopefully last long enough for the people of New York to enjoy. We went back to the spot to enjoy the fruits of Barry & Josh’s Labor basking in daylight on the iconic corner of Houston & Bowery.
