We can’t seem to get enough of Tara McPherson and Molly Crabapple since drawing along side them at Baby Tattooville in the Riverside Art Museum (covered). So, AM decided to stop by and get in a little schooling with a special edition of NYC’s Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School featuring none other than our friend Tara McPherson. For this special session a “life drawing” model was transformed into a beautiful & seductive “Lonely Heart” siren.

More after the jump.

The Burlesque bar was filled with art enthusiasts drawing on multiple skill levels while downing adult beverages with Tara and Molly. Glittle Cupcakes actually took time to give away some of their delicious treats to all the aspiring artists in attendance. Good times a plenty for anyone who made a trip out to be at this Dr. Sketchy session. There were contests where Tara gave away signed prints and not to disappoint our readers, Tara and Molly each took some time to make a sketch for our lucky readers.

How to win one of these great drawings? Answer this question in our comment box below – What magazine named Tara the “Crown Princess of Poster Art”? Leave your answer by Sunday at Midnight and we’ll pick two lucky winners at random.
